(San Francisco, CA) -- University of California-San Francisco researchers are in the final test phase of a drug that they say gets rid of unwanted fat without surgery. NBC Bay Area reports the drug is designed to reduce chin fat or better know as the "double chin." Researchers say if it's approved by the FDA, it could be used in other areas like the waist for "love handles."
Final testing will wrap up in a few weeks. If approved by the FDA, it would be the first fat-dissolving injectable on the market.
