(Boston, MA) -- Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is pleading not guilty on all charges in connection with the bombing of the Boston Marathon in April. Legal expert Royal Oakes says it was expected.
Tsarnaev entered the plea today during his arraignment at a federal courthouse in Boston. It's the first time he's appeared in public since he was arrested days after the bombings that killed three people and injured more than 200 others. Many of the 30 charges against him could result in the death penalty.
