Tom Travis....If you've ever heard Bob Kingsley on American Country Countdown, it's not me! I've been playing radio since 1983 and it's always been country music I've played. I've worked in Little Rock, Fayetteville and Ft. Smith Arkansas, Oklahoma City and a rumored short career in Jamaica (I don't remember much about it). I'm a married father of 5 ranging from 23 years to 6 months (3 girls and 2 boy). I Love God, Country and Country Music! You'll find me parked in front of anything sports and / or the Military Channel.
Chris Young is on the mend. The country star has developed a leg infection that has landed him in a Denver hospital.
The singer says he "didn't even know" he was sick. He says "one minute" he was "fine," and then he's "suddenly...being rushed to the hospital."
Young is expected to remain hospitalized at least until Thursday. As a result, Chris has had to cancel all concerts through Saturday.
He adds that he's "sorry to disappoint the fans," and he's looking forward to "being up and around" again.
Young is expected to return to the road with his Redding, California show on August 21st.
